Ideas you can use with Office Metal Tags on your art Projects!

Hello my arty friends!

Here are a few examples of what you can do with Office Metal Tags

for your junk journals, and/or scrapbooking pages.

Spritz your favorite mist, or tea stain the white

portion of the office metal tag; then apply some digi paper, or stamp

an image on top of the tag; add a fussy cut an element; and finally apply

some Shimmerz Paints, Pasteez-Sale of the Earth to

seal your applications and it will render a cool

faux encaustic look without the hassle of real encaustic wax.

The butterfly example above is the result of a heavy application of

Pasteez-Salt of the Earth.

A selection of sizes of the Office Metal Tags

can be purchased at

A Tattered Dream on Etsy here.

Not only can you purchase office metal tags in a variety of sizes,

but the shop has an abundance of trims, fibers, and

junk journal papers too.

Thank you for letting me share.

Sweet Magic Tea

I'm up on the Shimmerz Paint Blog today

sharing my Sweet Magic Tea canvas project.

I'll show you how to create a faux encaustic photo

that renders an ethereal, milky image

using Shimmerz Pasteez without the hassle

of melting max and cleaning it up afterwards.

And, I'll show you how to create some magic

tea bag art too.

You can find it all here.
