buttery yellow, white, charcoal and black....Tag

I've always loved this color combination, and last night I was inspired to create on a whim by a fellow scrapping friend. She was so full of inspiration and joy as she worked her project.  You know the place you go in your head and you're enjoying the creative process and don't want to stop?  I so wanted to visit that place again.  I adore ribbons and beads and loved to incorporate them when I can, and what an easy way to do so on something small.  It's so very relaxing to sew in those little beads, and they add so much elegance.  I have to admit, my hand got a little shaky as I applied that Prima Corrine flower.  Sadly, they don't manufacture these any more and I'm coveting the few I have left.

Here's some close up of the Blue Fern Studios Layering Stem.  You get several in a package and they're a must have for tucking in clusters.  The stem was first covered with black ink, and then some glass bead gel and micro beads were applied on top. The sprig just glistens.

The background on the tag was created using some molding paste, mist, and the Blue Fern Studios Quatrefoil Panel.

Thank you for visiting my blog, and I hope you find some inspiration to go to that place in your head too.
