BFF (Designed for C'est Magnifique using the September Kit)

I so loved the kit Leslie put together for us at C'est Magnifique this month. If you love mists, you will definitely love this kit and the add-on because Leslie included two wonderful Lindy's Stamp Gang mist products for us.  And, using those two mists, I created the background for this page.  Stop by the C'est Magnifique Blog and check out the Tutorial on how to create this background using the tea bag method, and learn to apply some Glossy Accents pebbles to your pages as well.

  1. Tee hee I was giggling when reading about your tea bag technique over att CM. That's something I will definitely try! You always create the most gorgeous backgrounds, just sitting and marvelling at how pretty this is. Don't think you overdid the pebbles at all, they are such a beautiful detail. You're terribly missed in blogland, not being too busy with your DT work I hope? Take care, xoxo

    1. I'd like to see what you do with that tea bag technique Karen. :) The aging process with a tea bag is an ancient technique. I remember our art teacher in middle school introducing it to us. I find that instead of using boiling water and letting the tea bag seep for awhile to get the right color, I just use a color mist and water it down because I found I could get a more saturated color that way. I love the Lindy's Stamp Gang, Moodshadow, Smoky Sapphire mist the best.
