Artist Trading Card and the Flying Unicorn

Here’s another ATC to add to my already growing collection of my inspirational readings and quotes I've collected over the years. I would keep notes of my readings, notes on quotes that had resonnated with me, words that meant something to me at the time, and would write some poetry in this little black book. This little black book went everywhere with me. When I got into scrapping the last year, I decided to dust off that notebook and create a pretty backdrop to document these meaningful passages. These are turning out to look like little jewels and I can’t stop making them...shhh...it's my new secret addiction The creative team at Flying Unicorn has been hosting many fabulous tutorials and challenges during the month of December. I was inspired to make this little gem by the Glimmer Glam challenge hosted by the infamous Maggi.

Stop by the Flying Unicorm for some inspiration, humor, or just to say hello. See you there in the Forums...

  8. I think your ATC is beautiful, yes, just like a little gem. I too love to write down ideas, quotes, stories etc. and have a tattered book that all these go into. As I become more confident as an 'artist' I will use these things in my work ( some are quite personal ) but I love having my own 'personal library' of resource material. xx
