Tiny Dancer (for Dusty Attic May Sketch)

Mistra Hoolahan at Dusty Attic created the May Sketch.  Mistra’s sketches always include layers, and we scrappers love to include layers in our layouts.  I will definitely be using her sketches in the near future.  Check out her blog  http://sketchesbymistra.blogspot.com.au/r
I used Prima, Pion and Donna Salazar papers to create this page.  These papers blended so well together.

The little ballerina slippers were made out of clay and I used Glimmer Mist and Shimmerz to paint them.

The background was created with molding paste, stencil, Glimmer Mist, Shimmerz, music stamp, and cheesecloth.

Products:
Dusty Attic Baroque Corner (DA0543)
Dusty Attic Cornsilk Flowers (DA0806)
Prima: Fairy Tale Collection Papers
Donna Salazar Paper
Pion Paper
Martha Stewart Oak Leaf Punch and small leaf punch
Rayon Ribbon
Shimmerz (Egg Noggin)
Glimmer Mist (Blackberry Cordial) watered down with mineral water.
The Crafter’s Workshop chicken wire stencil (6 x 6)
Clay

  5. I think I have seriously died and come to heaven!! Holy schmoly Joyce, you really are a wizz creating the most gorgeous backgrounds ever! and the ballet slippers, what a stroke of genius to come up with them! Have to ask if watering down mist with mineral water brings out something different from doing dito with regular tap water? very intriguing! Sound like a broken record, but this page is also absolutely stunning and so exquisite! I think working with soft colours and delicate details/textures really bring out the artist in you! I bow to thee! xoxo
